Official Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Richard Home Services LLC provides professional driveway drop-off and product installation services operating out of Ruther Glen, Virginia.

1. BASE DELIVERY FEES

• Firewood Bundles: $10.00 Flat Fee within the Local Zone.

• Greenhouse Products: $25.00 Flat Fee within the Local Zone.

2. EXTENDED SERVICE RADII

Fulfillment services are extended up to a maximum 40-minute driving radius outside of Ruther Glen, VA. Fees for Extended Zones 1, 2, and 3 vary dynamically based on real-time transit distance, fuel overhead, and equipment transport requirements.

3. FINAL FEE ADJUSTMENTS & COMPLIANCE

• Selection Error: If an incorrect delivery zone is selected at checkout, Richard Home Services LLC reserves the right to adjust and invoice the remaining balance prior to dispatch.

• Out-of-Bounds Orders: Orders submitted with addresses located more than 40 minutes away from Ruther Glen without prior written authorization will be subject to immediate cancellation and a full refund.

• Verification: All delivery addresses and final rate adjustments are cross-referenced using standard mapping logistics software. Clients will receive a final confirmation text or email outlining their scheduled drop-off window and final adjusted invoice total.
