Role: Property Maintenance Technician

Richard Home Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Technician for a part-time position. We provide high-quality residential maintenance throughout Spotsylvania and surrounding areas, specializing in precision lawn care, seasonal property cleanouts, and interior/exterior painting.

This role offers an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property maintenance. We cultivate a structured, supportive, and professional team environment with competitive compensation and scheduling flexibility.

Position Details

  • Compensation: $18.00 per hour

  • Employment Type: Part-time

  • Location: Central Virginia, Travel

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete outdoor property maintenance, including lawn care, core aeration, and seasonal debris removal.

  • Interior and exterior painting projects, including surface preparation and cabinet refinishing.

  • Safely handle and transport equipment, tools, and materials.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Job Requirements

  • Physical Capability: Ability to routinely lift and carry equipment or materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Transportation: A valid driver’s license and a reliable form of transportation preferred.

  • Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong reliability, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative team mindset.

  • Experience: No prior experience is necessary, all experience levels welcome to apply; comprehensive operational training will be provided as needed.
